The folks at Finnegan promptly returned my call, and even came out the same night to provide consultation and a quote and then had me scheduled quickly for installation. The finished product looks ( and smells great)! Finnegan flooring has won my future business, they are family owned and very personable. I had several bubbles that needed to be stretched and a split seam (the seam is in the worst possible place). George was honest about what to expect with the seam and gave me a fair price. Additionally, he came out on a weekend and accommodated my schedule. AND George and Jen were fun to talk with. They’re so friendly & professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I had already purchased the flooring and two other companies would not install it for me. 2 Other companies, I got quotes from would install, but they were going to charge twice as much as Finnegan . When I called George he said no problem. He was here within four days. He installed luxury plank flooring in my two bedrooms upstairs. he had to cut around 4 closets and a hallway. I think he knew it was going to be a tough job. They took the damaged section, kept all the bad stuff managed and removed and replaced with better material than was originally installed!!! They messaged and answered my questions promptly. They even squeezed me into their busy schedule to carpet my stairs before the holidays.
